People need to know....Leadership is less than professional. I'm speaking about the southern region specifically. Way too many honest one-star reviews show what this company is all about. Stay away. Half of the five-star reviews are from within the organization. Oh- and I have an insider- so no, I'm not fabricating anything.

I have done business with a company that was acquired by Apex. It used to be an honest family business. All that has changed, and there are nothing but pushy salesmen. They don't want to repair anything. Their entire business model is to push overpriced new systems no matter what. Have a service contract? They will simply enter your home once or twice a year and try to sell you over priced upgrades. Companies like Apex are ending the era of the honest local tradesman in favor of corporate greed.
