Recently used BelRed Heating & Cooling, now part of the Apex Service Partners family. Impressively, they seem to have pioneered a new model of customer service—by not offering any at all. Even their own ppl said they don’t have a customer service team. One has to wonder what the P&L looks like for a consumer business that operates as if customers are an afterthought.
People need to know....Leadership is less than professional. I'm speaking about the southern region specifically. Way too many honest one-star reviews show what this company is all about. Stay away. Half of the five-star reviews are from within the organization. Oh- and I have an insider- so no, I'm not fabricating anything.
Fantastic group to work with and amazing skilled transpeople and clients to work for!
