Worst experience ever. Terrible company. I paid in full upfront and instantly regretted it. They selected a septic location in a poor location and then insisted it was the only possible place. I had to fight to get a second visit and new location and lo and behold, it was much better. I saved myself over $20,000 by not being bullied into a bad design. I have been totally abandoned my this company. They came to my property 3 weeks ago to dig perk holes to be able to prepare a septic drain field system to replace an older holding tank system. I paid a fee for this. They left my property saying that they would prepare the design and e-mail it to me within a week. After two weeks I called their office and they said that it would be a few days and it would be completed. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago.
