Had a problem with one of my retention pins on my weight distribution hitch. Was heading home that morning and I called Apex. Raj connected at least an hour before opening. Sent him some photos and he said we could meet at his shop before his heading to Penticton for a big job. Luckily I was only 15mins away, and the fix was less than 10mins and we were on our way. Pleasant, efficient and a life saver in a pinch. Thanks Raj! Will leave your card with the campground I was staying at (next year).
I was dealing with one of employees on buying a used AC, Gave him the model number of mine, then he asked me to get a picture of the thermostat which I did, then he asked for a picture of the control board which I climbed up on the roof to get. He said he would call later but nothing until I saw it was sold with no explaination at all today on FB. I don't know why he wouldn't have told me someone else was interested in it, he had my number. The fine gentleman of Apex not only provided us with excellent customer service they also were mindful of our timeline to have a new fridge purchased and installed, and also a new power station with battery. So happy we decided to go with Apex Rv Repairs, down to earth father & son business, they were both so easy to deal with, proficient in their work, and fair pricing Due to a little mishap, we had to replace our awning through an ICBC claim. It had its challenges with the repair due to a rotting boards behind the moulding where the clip is screwed into. Called Apex as our air conditioner in trailer just blowing warm air. They returned my call promptly and came to the campground the same day. Courteous, located the problem luckily a broken wire not a costly repair. Thank you for the service
