Would like to send a big shout out to Gurk at Apex RV Okanagan, BC. A few days back I was trying to assist an older gentleman at an RV site in Oliver, BC who couldn’t get any of his 5 Slides out and awnings wouldn’t work. Turns out the BMPRO tablet on the wall was damaged and none of those functions would work. The gentleman couldn’t open his fridge or access the sink because the kitchen slide was in, he had to climb over his bed to use the washroom. We arrived yesterday and when we turned our propane on, hissing and generally scary smells began. Apex RV Repair diagnosed the hissing issue with our video. They arrived within 2 hours and besides fixing that problem, measured our propane pressure at the refrigerator and discovered it was very poor. Further investigation showed a part installed in reverse which cause gunk to accumulate and partially obscure the flow of propane. Highly recommended. I needed my trailer winterized in order to attend to a family emergency. Raj was able to slot me in on very short notice due to a sudden cancellation. I was so grateful. Raj was hard working, knowledgeable and responsive. I was particularly impressed with Raj's problem solving approach and taking the time to answer my technical questions. Prices are very reasonable.
We had just purchased a 5th wheel to live in when we discovered it had rodent damage. Our water wasn't working. Raj & Gurk replaced the entire water lines.
