Friendly crew but quality of work is very low
They were quick to take care of my 87 year old mom's roof. Took two days and amazing clean up. Found 1 nail!!!
Apex Roofing was easy to work with to schedule and work with. They worked quickly and when finished they cleaned up leaving no evidence they were there except for their repair job. We are very happy to have chosen Apex Roofing.
Apex installed snow cleats on several ribs of my metal roof. After we got a historic ice storm in Charlottesville, a few of the cleats came off the roof along with an 8 inch thick sleet of ice. I reached out to Apex and told them I was not happy with the situation. To my surprise, Andrew contacted me very promptly and offered to come inspect what had happened and to rectify the situation. He showed up and was very professional and offered to reinstall the snow cleats free of charge. This is a great sign of an honest business... read more
Had snow cleats "professionally" installed by whatever clown contractor these guys hired in November 2025. After the first big snow we had in Charlottesville in January, 2026, the majority of them had fallen off my roof alongside the snow and ice they were supposed to hold back. I think the contractor spent a total of 20 minutes installing them from the time the ladder went up to the time he left the property. Will be seeking a significant refund or perhaps small claims court.
