We had a roof done by Apex in 2019. We had one leak before the project. Chet started out fine with a quote on par with others for an asphalt shingle roof on our Victorian home. The project involved shingling the entire roof and repairing existing gutter system in a written contract. It was determined later that the roof needed redecking, adding to the original quote.
