If you’re looking for a company that will turn water damage into an even bigger disaster, look no further. This “restoration” company somehow manages to make every situation worse. Calling them professionals is honestly laughable. Communication is nonexistent, updates never happen, getting a straight answer from anyone there feels impossible. The actual work was even worse. Best advice I could give is Stay Away. We had one bedroom with water damage and it’s taken over a month and a half and it’s still continuing.Like pulling teeth to get them to even show up. Worst experience of my adult life.
They truly messed over me. I am trying to reach their corporate office as I am typing. I am 74 years old and I believe that they took advantage of me. Some of them took advantage of me.
