We shipped a Ducati motor to them for one of their customers. Shipped the wrong one by accident, sent replacement and ended up getting charged $100 per day for storage of the original engine we sent for a total of $1000 plus $30 processing fee. After 14 years in the motorcycle business never ran into these ridiculous fees. Definitely never shipping anymore motors to this shop again.
Probably the only place I would take my Ducati too in Houston, the shop looks appealing and classy and the service and expertise by the staff makes me feel appreciated.
After being looking around for a place after bad experiences with another motorcycle shops I got a Recomendation from a friend to take my panigale this place, well this time was different I meet Ed the owner of Apex he treat me very well since the beginning, very knowledge about motorcycles and very honest even when the problem of my panigale was something very very simple, he never try to rip me off for a just a battery issue, when in another shop they probably would do it for sure.
