So disappointed. The work I had was quoted at 4 days, it was my place of business so I was hesitant to start the project, but I thought the benefits would be worth it, even if I had a few rough days. The only win was they did show up on time every day and seemed to be making progress. 6 1/2 weeks later after the project started they just stopped showing up. Do you really want to do business with these guys? The field operators park illegally. I would not trust there work ethic. Whomever lives at The Met Apartments- you made my night messed up - I am disabled and you obviously not because you are parked illegally..
After reading the reviews posted I wonder how many of them are legitimate! My experience with Apex started out amicably. There were a few delays with materials and work coordination but when they began the installer Andreas became increasingly willful and a bit rude, insisting on certain flooring materials which were not what I wanted. I learned that it was because he did not know how to install them. Andreas the coordinator would come by but the project was not running smoothly and he was little help. I had the interior and exterior house painted and all new flooring put in with Apex. Greg’s painters and floor guys were on time daily and dependable. Apex also added a new bar area, new countertops, took down a wall and did other projects. Greg made sure my renovation was completed in a timely manner, and went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied. The house looks great. Highly recommend!
