At the end of the day, it's the quality of the installation that counts, not the salesperson who sells it to you. Taking for granted the quality of the product is up to standard, how its secured on the roof is important. My experience was the young blokes who did the job on my roof earned a 2 out of 5 stars. The gutters had a lot of miscellaneous bits of rubbish and I had to get them back to correctly tighten up the bolts. Honestly, I wouldn't use this company and their cowboy installers ever again.
Un reliable, in experienced I was told the money I got back from selling power to the grid would pay my loan of $23,000 since the battery was installed our power usage has doubled and on top of paying the loan our power bills are well over $1000 per quarter and they refuse to do anything about it the Electrician that installed the battery and inverter are no longer contactable. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company
Had the salesman come around a few years back and was only wanting information. He was quite pushy and saying he came a long way and we needed to sign up immediately. So excessively overpriced and no-one responds with warranty claims. These guys are the worst and would never recommend them to anyone. The salesman Mr Taylor is a one test All Black, so I think he uses that to try and persuade male customers. Absolutely rip off this company, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
