Very efficient and well mannered and lovely Apparel tested with utmost respect
Unable to get through via phone. Tried several times and end up waiting 15 minutes before call ends or I give up. Each time I have booked a scan I have also submitted an online booking request (3 separate times). Waited days. Then emailed the email address which results in an eventual response. Lodged online request yesterday. Not feeling hopeful about a timely call back. I find it stressful trying to get in contact with apex radiology. Yeah they're good. I try not to use superlatives but I can't fault them in any way.
I have been messaged twice by Apex to call them to make an appointment after they have received my referral from my GP. I have tried every day since then to get through 5times so far. Each time have held on up to 40 minutes on hold but have never been answered It is beyond frustrating
