Absolutely disgusting customer services. Your website states that you understand that a vehicle is a major investment but do you? Michelle was very dry and unhelpful . If I ever purchase another car I will absolutely not sign up for apex if this is how you treat your customers.

Trash service my rack and pinion I can’t guarantee has gone bad and it’s making my steering wheel loose and I have to keep over correcting to drive straight and on curves on the freeway. Apex refused to send out an investigator let alone approve the part unless they have undeniable prod the part has went bad when a rack and pinion goes bad on the inside.
