Trash service my rack and pinion I can’t guarantee has gone bad and it’s making my steering wheel loose and I have to keep over correcting to drive straight and on curves on the freeway. Apex refused to send out an investigator let alone approve the part unless they have undeniable prod the part has went bad when a rack and pinion goes bad on the inside. ****Incredibly bad customer service with little to no care fo the client. **** I took my car to a dealership for a noise it was making, the warranty only agreed to cover some of repairs needed, fine. However, as the dealership tried to explain the amount of work it would take, the warranty only approved what THEY believed it was going to take in terms of man hours. Just got off the phone with Brandon a claims examiner. Brandon, I hope you read this. Your misery REEKS off of your voice. Find a new profession my guy, life is way too short to be that MISERABLE. Maybe you were having a bad day but-
The employees do not care about time spent with the people they work with for the customers they represent All they care about is getting to the next claim and costing customers money because they do not go above and beyond for them. Even speaking to the supervisor they said this is the way we do things. Absolutely awful
