What a sorry company. Worst service contract company. I have worked in dealerships for over 30 years and this is a shameful company. Won't help you and the run around . How low must you be to work for a terrible company. Won't honor service contract. Won't pay unless pre authorized But when you call they tell you no warranty so no coverage. Got letter stating buy another one and then I call and Wow, there is one but no coverage because not pre authorized. Very dirty trick.
this warranty is pushed by KAG, Keating Auto Group, they do not honor most repairs, KAG has about 35 dealerships, and sell about 400 million dollars worth of APEX warranties a year, this is how thy keep building new dealerships. by selling a useless warranty and not honoring it, Texas Consumer protection can help you get your money back. they did us. and my son in law.
If I could give a negative Review I would, between Tomball Ford/Claudia and this Business my cancelation and credit is not being Processed . The Financial people at these 2 Business give the run around and Lie. Never was intending to get a Extended warranty and these people shoved it in the paperwork and will not refund
