If I could give negative stars I would. This platinum warranty that I purchased is a complete waste of money. My 4WD which I’ve rarley used started having issues. They will not use new parts in the repair…..they gave the option of used junkyard parts or I could cover the difference on new parts. Also I had a fuel injector issue and they claim the dealership can’t prove that it’s the injector that’s failing even though they’ve done diagnostics and found that it was a faulty injector. How about giving the information and disclosure of your device that was still active on my used car when buying it that was from the first owner in 2012 . 4 previous owners didn't know of said tracker . My repair shop found it when my obd2 port was not working and it was piggy backed to the reader and never disclosed to the used car sales in case point of 3 owners plus me . I will likely get legal help . And I can ask for all tracker information due to freedom of information act and texas state laws
Got an email asking me to activate my "GPS protection plan" What GPS protection, asks I? Well, apparently the dealership installed a GPS tracker in the car I bought. without asking, let alone telling me. Then, also without asking or telling me. gave my personal information to these losers. it took about ten minutes to find and remove, it was shoddily connected to the back of the ODB port. then a wire was run up my A pillar trim by the windshield (Blocking the curtain airbag. of course.) then the unit itself was over my headl... read more

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I want to leave a positive one. I purchased my car and the Platinum Apex Protection in February 2023. I was having issues with my car pulling to the right, so I called Apex and asked if this was covered under my contract. They explained that while certain repairs might be covered, an alignment would not be. I got the alignment done, but the car still pulled to the right.
