If I could give a negative Review I would, between Tomball Ford/Claudia and this Business my cancelation and credit is not being Processed . The Financial people at these 2 Business give the run around and Lie. Never was intending to get a Extended warranty and these people shoved it in the paperwork and will not refund
I had the transmission go out on my Shelby GT350R in October. I have a 7yr/100k mile warranty with this company. These guys are a total joke. They said the exhaust I put on my car and the shifter that was developed with Ford caused my failure. They said my social media proves I abuse the car because they saw a couple videos of me doing a quick pull on the highway. It’s a performance car, it’s made to do a pull. This isn’t a Toyota Camry. Recently I my car declared as total loss after having vehicle for 3 months. Of I was disappointed of losing vehicle but felt a sense calm knowing I had full coverage insurance a Gap with Apex. Well if you are like me you will be disappointed. So with a pay off of 41k due cost of being upside down, my insurance paid 34k plus with Gap covering 7 K.
