DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is the WORST I have EVER seen in my LIFE. From the racist who works behind the counter - we all have taken to calling him "Anti-Santa" because he has a white beard but is NOTHING like his look alike - to the horrible carrier who is rude, refuses to deliver mail and packages and the branch itself said she leaves items on her truck routinely, as if it is fine and normal, you could not imagine a WORSE EXPERIENCE. We're missing packages and of course the USPS website does not allow for that possibility, nor does it offer a way to communicate it. Then, try to call the Elkridge PO! The line is always busy, which probably means they've taken the phone off the hook. I won't say nasty things about the people who work at this branch...that would assume that someone works there.
