We called apex last august to do a routine maintenance on our rinnai hot water heater. We were shocked at the end of his hour here that we were charge 437.00. 6 months later we started having problems with it. We called a different rinnai technician. They came in and did a service that included 6 steps. The apex guy only flushed it but never did all the other steps. If you like being overcharged and want to deal with people who have poor customer service, then these are the people you want to call for your plumbing needs. We were out of hot water for 52 days on and off, and repeatedly called due to them being a Rinaii hot water heater dealer. They finally replaced unit but charged excessively for several visits on a warranty issue. The service gentleman that he was here today was professional very knowledgeable on time went through everything with me his work was to be awesome I would never use anybody but Apex
I asked for a service call to find out why in very cold temperature the heat pump runs continuously. I told them to call as to when they would arrive so I could meet the service man at my house. They didn't call until he was on the way but charged me the entire time that the guy sat in the truck until I arrived. Justin looked at a few things and said he didn't know enough to figure it out.
