I've tried a number of gyms across the northeast and never wanted to continue because they've always been missing something. Apex smashes it out of the park. The coaches, facilities, people, atmosphere, equipment.... the list is endless. I'm so happy I found this gym close to where I work. It honestly makes me want to get up and out the door at 6am. They adapt anything to suit you and your abilities. Love it!
What an absolutely amazing gym. The facilites are simply brilliant, they are the best I have seen locally. After training for several years elsewhere I was really ready for a change. APEX delivers, a fab team of coaches who really care about YOU and about YOUR progress. A gym program that varies weekly which is created jointly by the coaching team.
