Just finished my trial and absolutely love this gym. The people are all lush and the coaches have so much knowledge. I’ve learnt loads already and excited to keep progressing!

Absolutely loving it feels professional.. staff are great pushed really hard which is what I need there really welcoming. I feel part of a team with everyone, everyone there is just so lovely.

Just finished my 30 day trial and I’ve now signed up as a member! I found Apex to be very professional and to a high standard in their knowledge as personal trainers. I have a couple of injuries and their help in my rehabilitation has been top tier. All the staff Danny, Anth, Michael and Tom are all so warm and welcoming and work hard to make you feel confident in your training. The gym itself is kept to a high standard and has high end equipment. All the members are so welcoming you feel part of the community straight away.... read more

The best gym I’ve ever been to, you walk in and it’s honestly like a therapy session, you always leave feeling amazing, they make you feel so involved and comfortable. Proper little community& the best bunch of people. So worth the money!
