Apex did a phenomenal job replacing our roof and Jacob Jones was there every step of the of the way, from explaining the process and materials to making sure clean up was done satisfactorily.
Amazing customer service by Jacob Jones. In fact the entire crew was very professional, there at 6am and went right to work. Aron sent updates all day long and explained the steps. The drone was a plus, also. Jacob communicated with me daily, (before the installation), so I never had to guess what was happening. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was there from the beginning to the end. I will recommend Jacob and Apex to anyone who needs a roof.
