Guy came to my 77 year old mothers house for clogged toilet. Charged her 800 bucks to run a snake and say "think it's frozen pipes" and then he broke the flange putting it back in. Said someone would be back a few days later. They never showed. Called to see what was up. They sent another guy supposed to show from 8am to 1pm. Showed at 5:30pm just to say 300 more dollars if fix it. I definitely do not recommend
Angel from Apex was amazing! Diagnosed the problem and fixed my issues quickly. Super knowledgeable and friendly and made me and my family happy no doubt!
Randal Spence came to my home to look at my furnace because it quit running. Randall introduced himself at the front door before entering and asked me to show him to the furnace. Randall did a diagnostic test and discovered that my furnace needs a new motherboard. Randal explained my options in a professional manor and told me he would contact me between 8:00-9:00 am on the following day .
