Apex was great with their scheduling and communication. John got here in time and was very knowledgable of the situation. He helped us find a way to resolve the problem before it became a lot of worse. We thank Apex and John for saving our home from what could have been a disaster.
Michael was very thorough in his explanation of his diagnostic and made the repairs and was one his way
Jensen, came and checked our issue and also heard what we wanted to about adding filtering. He quickly isolated the issue with pressure and fixed. He suggested a few things for the filtering and figured out to address issues. He did a great job with both issues. We're extremely grateful for his work. The filtering is something we've been wanting to do for years, but thought it was to big of job. Thank you very much for everything today. We will be calling again for future work. Thanks Kevin
