Mica Jepsen came to our house due to some plumbing issues. Not only was he thorough, but he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Mica offered up plenty of solutions for us to consider. We would work with Mica again 10/10 times.
The plumber was very polite. The dispatcher was very polite but they didn't want to just fix the problem. They wanted to upsell us. We can't afford the upsell sale. All we needed was a bolt fix and they were trying to resell it us a toilet for $1,600 or to rebuild the whole inside for $900 and they wanted the $600 deposit. He don't have that kind of money to fix a bolt but they didn't want to just do the bolt not affordable
Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure the work was satisfactory.
Absolutely loved both josh and nate as well as all the office staff! All were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. Highly recommend and they will be THE ONLY company that I will call for help.
Fast service, fair prices. I really appreciate the text prior to arrival with the repairman’s name and photo. He replaced the water heater, took the old tanks, replaced the piping and overflow tank all on a Saturday. And, he was here less than two hours after I called! Highly recommend - and I will be using this company for more work soon.
