DO NOT CALL them! I was scheduled for a Thursday evening appointment which was delayed until Friday. I asked for Friday AM (taking off work to be home) and they assigned me Friday afternoon arrival. After calling, a technician was dispatched for 10:30 arrival. The technician arrived 15–30 min after the allotted time window, and I questioned if they were impaired. I want to recognize, APEX technician, James, who did an outstanding job! He was respectful, hard working, and knowledgeable. He worked on the system outside the house, on a very hot day, but he did not let the heat affect the quality of his work or his professionalism. When the job was fun, he did a great job of cleaning the area. He is an excellent representative of your company, we would gladly recommend your services, and that of James to others. A job well done!
