These guys are great! My tankless water heater I noticed was out on 1/4 in the afternoon. I called apex and they sent Jucoby right out within an hour or two. My unit was from 2011 and he showed me that it was no more and I’d need a replacement. Gave me 3 options and left to let me look them over. That evening I decided on one of them and contacted them, jucoby and an electrician was out the very next day and I have a new unit.
