Seth originally came out and confirmed that we had a water leak. He also provided us with an estimate for repairs.. He explained our options in great detail. Austin and his team Sergio, James and Luke actually worked on our pipes. Austin and his team did a wonderful job with installing the new pipes. They also took time to carefully remove only the sections of drywall/tile needed as opposed to ripping open the walls.
