My experience at the Pottstown location of Ivy Rehab was very positive! I had rehab for about five weeks for a cervical spine issue. The staff are the strength of this location, and they are why I would not go anywhere else in the future. Everyone I worked with, but especially Cal and Jessica, display great empathy in their caregiving, and are great listeners. Matt is amazing! He really connected with my 13 year older daughter who is a volleyball player with knee pain. However, she also has POTS. Matt goes above and beyond to make sure she is getting the PT she needs, while making sure she is feeling comfortable. We really appreciate all he has done for us.
Very friendly and professional staff I’m glad I chose to rehab here.
