Highly not recommended ! I repeatedly checked with them about the number of sessions I had left, as my insurance allows 60 sessions per year. Despite this, they billed my insurance twice for a single session and failed to resolve the issue after multiple inquiries.
Friendly Atmosphere and Courteous Service
I needed both hips replaced. Surgeon decided to do just the left. 6 months later the surgeon says it's "miraculous" I'm walking at all since the right hip is now "shot" so whatever the therapist is doing to keep doing it! Absolutely fantastic experience at Ivy physical therapy. I am working with Steve and he is very knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Front desk staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend Exton-Lionville location.
