I appreciate the effort this clinic puts into patient care, but my recent experience with the front desk staff was frustrating. I received a voicemail confirming that my insurance had approved authorization, yet when I called twice to schedule, the receptionist, whose name starts with ‘C,’ seemed unsure and placed me on hold multiple times. The staff is so kind, and they work so well together. Couldn't ask for better Therapists. Monty Soliday is amazing, and everyone else that i have ever seen has done a magnificent job.
I called this APEX location after being told by one of the other locations they had better availability and may be able to get me in soon (within a couple weeks). The girl who answered the phone refused to let me schedule an appointment since she didn’t know off the top of her head if my insurance (Premera) required a referral or not. I told her I was happy to get one if they found out I needed one if I could just get on the schedule since I am in a lot of pain currently and wanted to get an appointment booked ASAP. I came to see Monty for my TMJ after trying many different treatments. He is VERY good at his job and has helped me decrease my pain enough that I might not need to see him much longer, which makes me sad. If you have not experienced relief yet, don’t give up, schedule an appointment with Monty
