Monty helped me so much with my TMJ that I could finally sleep better without grinding and cringing my teeth at night. I would always wake up with a sore jaw, pain behind the ears, my neck muscles were tense 100% of the time. With his help and home exercises I could finally relax and have it all released. I definitely recommend him to everyone suffering with TMJ and it’s not easy to find someone in the Spokane area who is certified and specialized in TMJ PT.
Apex advertises that they take my insurance, accepted the referral, then only afterward told me they actually don’t. This came with a long, pedantic explanation about how they *sometimes* accept it under certain circumstances, as if you needed social validation. If you don’t take the plan, just say that up front. Absolute ******* waste of time.
Running behind, a whole 15 minute appointment, $165 dollars. Service was okay at best, wouldn’t go back.
I was referred for right sided hip discomfort by my provider. End stage arthritis of the hip had been ruled out by x ray. I also had left shoulder impingement. I had to wait 7.5 weeks to get my first appointment. I was evaluated and given exercises to do. I only got seen 3 times in December 2025 because of the holidays. Doesn’t understand how to take insurance. Other place was able to take it and my referral easily. Need better training or something..
