DPT Avery Oja has helped me like I didn’t know was possible. I came in not very hopeful and with a lot of pain, she has helped me more than anything has. She actually listens and problem solves. Specifically, she has helped me with pelvic floor therapy and chronic lower back pain - both issues I didn’t think would improve much. Her programming has given me a greater quality of life than I’ve had in years. I truly recommend her to anyone needing PT.
I want to give a huge shout out to Avery at Apex Physical Therapy. With her knowledge, guidance, and encouragement, I have been successfully able to "close the gap" 100% on my diastasis recti!! My stomach when standing is flat and my pelvic floor is functioning tip top! Im only 5 months postpartum from having 90th percentile twins and she has given me something I thought was lost forever without surgery intervention. If you have diastasis recti or your pelvic floor isnt working quite right, shes absolutely amazing!
Kaelyn is a blessing. She works very hard to ensure the customer can get into appointments and works around our busy schedules...as well as takes care of us and other tasks throughout the building. She is the first one we see when we walk in and she always has a big smile and willing to help and assist. I appreciate the effort this clinic puts into patient care, but my recent experience with the front desk staff was frustrating. I received a voicemail confirming that my insurance had approved authorization, yet when I called twice to schedule, the receptionist, whose name starts with ‘C,’ seemed unsure and placed me on hold multiple times. The staff is so kind, and they work so well together. Couldn't ask for better Therapists. Monty Soliday is amazing, and everyone else that i have ever seen has done a magnificent job.
