Jay was incredibly kind and helpful! I imported two cars, a Lexus RX & IS350, and Apex Performance handled all of the paperwork. RWC is always a hassle, but Jay went out of his way to assist me. I definitely recommend Apex Performance.
I imported my car from Japan and had Apex Performance Tuning handle the compliance modifications. It was great working with Jay. The overall experience was positive. The only minor downside was when they are busy, it could be hard to get to them on the phone, so I'd rate 4.9 / 5.
They have horrible communication and have no accountability. Drove almost an hour each way for an item being sold by them. Only for me to arrive and the price being more than double to what we agreed too. Not sure how they could be trusted, just time wasters.
I brought my 2010 Volkswagen Passat R36 here in a deep panic. After it had failed to pass its first roadworthy test. It needed to get 2 new front lower control arms and my windscreen washer bottle was leaking. Called up Ashley straight after I received the fail and asked him if he could help. Called him up at 1:08pm on Tuesday. He asked if I could drive the car down to him. Which I did immediately. He ordered in the parts required.
