We aim to help everyone from new-to-sport athletes, to professional athletes, to the weekend warriors, to parents trying to keep up with their kids, get out of pain and back to doing what they love. We put Apex into our name because it means the top or highest part of something, and we want everyone to feel that they are at the top of their performance!

My appointments with Troy and Gregg are hands down the best thing I do for myself! I can’t recommend them enough for anyone struggling with pain or limited range of motion.
