Gregg at Apex Performance & Chiropractic is awesome. I’ve been seeing him for massage therapy and Active Release Technique (ART), and it’s made a huge difference. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to figure out what’s actually causing the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I always leave feeling better and with more mobility. If you’re in the Omaha area and need help with pain, tight muscles, or numbness, I’d definitely recommend going to Gregg.
As a college athlete, I have nothing but good things to say. Troy and Gregg do a phenomenal job at creating a comfortable environment and fixing issues at the root problem. 10/10 recommend
I had scar tissue from surgeries that made it difficult to sleep. I saw Gregg to release the tension. He stayed late when my schedule didn’t work and really seems to actually want to help people. Apart from being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met he genuinely helped me and after three visits so far i can rest a lot better.
Gregg did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He gave me some stretches to do at home. I left feeling better than I have in months!!! Thanks Gregg
