The doctors and staff at TRXN are amazing. Our whole family has benefited from their treatments. Our sons are on the Winter Park Crew. TRXN have been a valuable partner in developing them into strong rowers. We are very grateful for TRXN.
I came into this CrossFit hoping to start up a new regimen. The price is very steep you do receive a free introductory workout. I just didn't feel like the owners held the community and fitness as their goal, rather being a business was the most important aspect. Unfortunately the owner told me they don't participate in competitions and don't have plans to. Good luck in your search for a gym, I hope this review helps you find your place.
TRXN has been a game changer for my health! As an athlete, getting injured can really be frustrating and I found a place where I’m treated holistically with their wide variety of services, equipment, and recovery options. They are accommodating with their appointments and have wonderful practitioners! I’ve had tremendous pain relief and have regained physical functioning! I highly recommend you check out TRXN for fitness, recovery, or chiropractic treatment!
I had an excellent experience at Trxn Fitness and Lifestyle. From the moment I walked in, the staff took the time to truly get to know me. They asked detailed questions about my past injuries and surgeries, which immediately made me feel heard and cared for. The session started with a thorough range-of-motion assessment, followed by a chiropractic adjustment tailored to my needs.
