Cannot say enough great things about this place! I love the atmosphere! The gym is huuuge! The trainers are so great and knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve even learned so much about lifting and maxed out my squat at a number I never thought I could do!! My favorite gym in all of Tampa! And I’ve been to a lot!
I met Daryll and his team on a whim when I showed up for a mobility class through class pass. Little did I know this gym would become my second home. After 10 years of chronic pain from a car accident where I needed neck surgery and 3 hip surgeries, I never thought I’d be able to move pain free again. This is the best place i’ve ever trained! and this is coming from a busy working mom who’s managing all the things. I’ve struggled with my weight for years and felt the onset of “nothing is working.” Insert Darryl and his team with the care, attention, check-ins and flexible time options to make sure I get a regular work out schedule in! This has been my favorite find in 2025! it’s like a big family - it’s a must try when your ready for something to really take you to the next level!
Training with Darryl at Apex has been a game-changer for me. Darryl excellent at creating personalized workouts that push me to my limits while keeping things fun and engaging. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is top-notch. The staff is friendly and supportive, making every visit enjoyable. I've made great progress and highly recommend Darryl and Apex for anyone serious about improving their fitness.
