Training with Darryl at Apex has been a game-changer for me. Darryl excellent at creating personalized workouts that push me to my limits while keeping things fun and engaging. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is top-notch. The staff is friendly and supportive, making every visit enjoyable. I've made great progress and highly recommend Darryl and Apex for anyone serious about improving their fitness.

This is the place to be. I have been to alot of different gyms and have not had an amazing experience like this. It is a very welcoming place where everyone is very dedicated and works as a team. I have a personal trainer who is amazing. The classes are also great and very team based. This is the place where you will see changes but want to go to the gym at the same time. I drive 30 mins from Saint Petersburg which is unheard of for me because i dont like anything further then 10 minutes. That says alot how much worth it is.... read more
I've been going to Apex for a year now. Love the good vibes, workouts and the best coaches in Tampa. All are in great shape and very motivating. Can't wait to get person of the month. At 54 these workout regimens are hard but got me feeling stronger. The second pic here is my second year at Apex . Pic for 2024 coming soon.
Awesome staff and gym; went for mega twice ; the only thing I'm gonna complain about is if it's hot outside its out inside
