I went in personally to cancel my membership, paid what I believed was my final payment, and assumed everything was taken care of. Later on, I found out they charged me again because of a cancellation policy that was never clearly communicated. What bothered me most is that nobody reached out to explain the charge before sending it to collections, which negatively impacted my credit. That is not how a business should treat its customers. I cancelled my membership in person, paid my final balance, and thought my account was fully closed. Later, I was charged again because of a “2-month notice” policy that was never properly explained to me. Instead of contacting me about the balance, they sent it straight to collections, which affected my credit score. Very disappointing and unprofessional. On top of that, the gym is poorly maintained, with dirty areas and damaged equipment. Be careful before signing a contract here.

I do not recommend this place at all. When I decided to cancel my membership, nobody clearly explained that I would still have to pay for an additional month, even after notifying them at the beginning of the month and already paying for the full month without even attending. At first, the staff was friendly, but once I tried to cancel, the experience completely changed. Be warned: this gym uses predatory billing traps. I officially went in, cancelled my plan, and paid my final month's dues in full, assuming my account was settled and closed. Instead of just letting me cancel, they hit me with a charge for the following month out of nowhere, claiming a ridiculous "2-month advanced cancellation notice" policy that they never warned me about.
