I just recently joined Apex, and Andrew and Dion were very welcoming . I was nervous about joining a gym, but they ease me into the classes, and it felt like I became part of the family. Their trainers are well knowledged and have a lot of patience. I do the strength training class and work with Cam, who is very Knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I recommend this gym for beginners or people who are regular workout people. They also have classes for younger kids and teaches them strength and agility.

I've been going to APEX Performance for a few months now. All of the trainers are excellent I feel like I have definitely leveled up and already seeing significant improvements in deadlifts and Benchpressing based on the trainers excersize programming and helpful cues to adjust and perfect my form. All the trainers manage to observe everyone offering encouragement along with progressions and or regreations.
