Dr. Robert knows how to connect with patients even his team member Jil. I am personally amazed abour their equipment! Keep it up!!! Another satistified customer!!
Absolute worst place to get glasses. Terrible manners, extremely rude staff, condescending, and they didn't even have a good selection of frames - none that fit me. They broke my existing glasses & tried selling me theirs, and refused to repair the damage they caused. I have given them many chances to provide good service - I'm never giving them a dime ever again. I go to Penticton Optical now.
I've been going to Apex Optometry for five years now and have had all positive experiences. They take their time during my appointment, are friendly, helpful, and there is no pressure to purchase glasses, etc. from them. I am a dog lover and it is a pet friendly office. The Optometrist, Dr. Zak has two very calm dogs hanging out.
I wasn't originally going to review this optometry office but something just isn't sitting well with me after three of our family members visited here on three separate occasions. The office is dated, the equipment is dated and he's got old bottles of expired, crusty eye care solutions on his desk. Every time I have been here I have heard him blaming his staff or someone to else for something silly.
