Avoid this company at all costs. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The company took our business and then handed the move off to a cheap third-party carrier, leaving us to deal with poor communication, unprofessional carrier, unexpected fees, and missing furniture. After pickup, we received virtually no meaningful updates. Then, approximately two weeks later, a delivery company (APEX Moving) called and provided one hour's notice before arriving. Nice guy working fast loading
This company was contracted through DOD to move our HHG into our house. The move went smoothly, the crew seemed professional, when they left one of the movers stole one of our firearms. When we called the company to let them know we filed a police report the receptionist essentially said it wasn't possible because "they dont hire criminals." (Police recovered the gun) 0/10 do not recommend.
I've was an employee there for about a year. So far, from my experience Apexs did not train me or have any one professionally training the other employees. Further more they leave the customers shipments unattended and out in the open or on the floor in the Warehouse .Management seem to blame the employees or the customer for thire estimate being wrong. Our packers did an amazing job! Courteous, detail oriented, and took great care with our items. They kept us updated and asked questions through out the whole process. I highly recommend Apex! Thanks Steve, Clint, and Dave!
