Quick reply, good communication, professional, courteous, on time. I felt very confident my bikes were transported safely and that they were in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend. Addendum, 1.5 years since last review: Richard again helped me move my 2 ducs. I’m a repeat customer because I know how well Richard treats my bikes and I trust him to take the best care of them throughout the transport. Today I had some bad luck and my ride ended very quickly. I wasn’t able to continue. I want to thank Richard and recognize the service he provides. He arrived very quickly and helped transport my bike to its parking location. I highly recommend him to everyone. Your bike will be in good hands.
