I don’t know who picked up the phone but I called to get my car repaired because it was a problem with the window. I described the problem to him and I asked him if that something he could repair. He told me that he wouldn’t do it for a customer and I asked him why he wouldn’t tell me. I asked him how the problem could be fixed whether or not it was some thing that is relatively easy to do and if it’s something that I could repair and he said he wouldn’t even help me. Dave is a top notch Mercedes mechanic, best in the north bay. Super nice honest guy. I have been taking my Mercedes to him for over 10 years. Ask anyone that has worked with him and they will say the same thing.

Dave is rude, without any humility, stupid and belittles the customer. He has a lot of knowledge but at the same time he has the smarts to try to take advantage of it. perhaps the struggles of life made him this way. I will definitely never go back there. I went to do a specific service, he managed to find other defects in my car to earn some money since the service that needed to be done was beyond his reach, as his skills only solve problems with old Mercedez and not newer ones like mine 2021. be careful when choosing it.
