I didn't purchase a car, but was called in to inspect a Tesla for a client out West. These two brothers were so accommodating from the moment I walked in. They offered their time and assistance to ensure I could get the work done. Any questions I had, the responses were candid and transparent. I can't say this treatment is universal everywhere I go. If I ever need a car, I know who to go to and refer.
