Very professional with the dispatch and Driver. Mike dispatcher called me about the upcoming delivery Titus, the delivery driver, was very professional, accommodating, and very efficient. It appears there is no external damage to the goods received. Awesome freight delivery experience.
Well just had two crates delivered with apex. I’m super happy to see employees that do there absolute best to help the customer. Good service on time
Customer service varies from good to nonexistent. Surcharge for not picking up goods immediately is extortionate and may not be stated upfront. Be aware.
Had some tires delivered and the delivery driver was terrible. Refused to place tires on a rack, said he would remove the palate they were delivered on and then did not. "I'm just the delivery guy, I don't move things" Great service, could not be worse.
