Well just had two crates delivered with apex. I’m super happy to see employees that do there absolute best to help the customer. I’m hoping apex shipping sees this review and gives Kevin a raise like he deserves. Apex you gotta good one that represents your brand do not loss him. Thanks Kevin W from Jake at college sports.
Good service on time
Customer service varies from good to nonexistent. Surcharge for not picking up goods immediately is extortionate and may not be stated upfront. Be aware.
Had some tires delivered and the delivery driver was terrible. Refused to place tires on a rack, said he would remove the palate they were delivered on and then did not. "I'm just the delivery guy, I don't move things" Great service, could not be worse.
