Joe was incredibly responsive and timely in communication as well as tasks. He was willing to run different numbers and scenarios to help in purchasing a house, again a very timely fashion. His customer service was top notch. He even contacted the seller to ease their mind regarding the qualifications and availability of funds. I recommend at least talking to him to see how he compares with other lenders you are talking to.

Matt and his team disappeared after filling out the application and talking with Matt. They were going to get on refinancing my mortgage and pulled a “ Houdini” absolutely 0 percent professionalism. I called and texted many times. Gave up on them, and moved on.
