Good Dr and Medical staff. Especially Sasha, they’re down to earth and the Dr is very knowledgeable and takes his time to talk to his patients and listen to them.
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The individuals assisting patients appeared to be unfamiliar with the prior authorization and appeals process and provided inaccurate information. My medication was denied by my insurance company. When I explained that I understood the office could submit an appeal, the front desk employee told me that there was nothing the office could do. Dr. Elkhalili is an amazing physician. He always take care of me when I need help. He has a great NP Venus that is also very efficient. Venus helped me with my medication refills and physical.
Dr. Elkhalili and his NP Venus are an amazing team! They work well together and are very efficient. Venus did my Pap smear and it was seamless. Very easy to communicate with office.
I was feeling very unwell. Dr Elkhalili ordered several tests and showed much compassion for me and helped a great deal in easing my concerns and reassuring me.
