Bought a reconditioned forklift. Took over a month to receive, we were promised 2 weeks max. Lots and lots of paperwork issues, they couldn t fill out the paperwork correctly and argued with us. 4 months later and out of warranty the forklift broke down. Opened it up to see what was the matter and noticed all sorts of cut wires (from testing presumably). Called one of their techs to come look at it. Tech discovered that the Master or Slave Control box is malfunctioning...and to no surprise the cut wires from testing all lead... read more
