I’ve lived here for years. They make you pay your own light bill which is to be expected but they also charge you about $15 a month to pay for the lights in the buildings and common spaces. The parking garage is the worst, the key card often does not work so you are left sitting at the gate like an outsider. Also the parking was limited to begin with in the garage. Now they want more ways to get money so they took up even more spaces for reserved parking where you can pay 50$ a month to have your own personal spot. Nobody bo... read more

I live here and the staff has been great so far. I have heard a couple of loud bangs that sound like gunshots outside, but the building security is great so never felt unsafe in my house or when I go out for a walk. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants, shops and broadway so great location.
