STAY AWAY at ALL COST. Apex is NOT a reputable company. They erected a 6' fence in April 2018 and in December 2018 the whole fence fell over. When the fence tipped over, the posts and cement block tore out of the ground. Apex drove the posts ONLY 1.5 feet into the ground instead of 3 feet. They also drove the posts on top of the irrigation line and it was severed when the fence fell over. The owner admitted that it was their fault.
