Drinks are good, BUT Apex Labs customer service is the WORST! Placed order online Oct. 2025. rep called to discuss it & pointed out subscription was checked and wanted to confirm. He was great to alert me to that which I did NOT check but it must be an auto thing apex sets up surreptitiously. I thanked him for alerting & he told me how to undo it which I did while we talked. This is probably the easiest labs to work with. Got my results fast. Used their at home testing service and got my entire family done within 15 min
Love the people their so nice compared to other labs I've went to. Test my entire family every week for free and these guys come to you if you ask them-just loving it
