We started working with Cheyenne/Apex homes back in February of 2022. The process has been very long due to COVID and others flooding to the area. That said, Cheyenne was very accommodating and very reactive towards our requests and communication. Although there are some things we would do a bit differently, we are overall very happy with our home and are glad to finally get settled. I purchased my home while living out of state and only decided to go through Apex - mostly due to Cheyenne's quick and thorough responses. We had so many questions as we were new to the process of purchasing land, septic, land clearing, etc. Cheyenne patiently responded to our questions at all times of the day/night/weekends. We work 8-5 M-F, so always thought of our questions in the evenings and over the weekends. To our surprise, she almost always responded within a short amount of time.
