Wish I could put no stars. It’s like this company went under and won’t answer any phones.
they are a nightmare, Our HOA has been trying to get them to come and service broken fob readers , they installed AND we have a contract with for over 2 months. “Management is still not allowing service calls unless we pay emergency rates.” They used to be great, not anymore. Hire a different company so you don’t end up in our position.
We’ve used APEX for lots of onsite projects and they are AMAZING! They are quick, professional and very thorough! Additionally, the tech., Jeremy, goes above and beyond for his clients. It is always a pleasure to work with Jeremy, he is always very informative and knows his stuff! Highly recommend APEX!
