Always helpful and attentive to my needs. There was a transition in business operations about a year ago and they are keeping the tradition of providing great service.
Dickinson's insurance is a Progressive Insurance subcontractor who we bought car insurance through. I was told by their associate Stephanie that payments to our account can only be made when the new billing cycle starts about a week before due date. I made a payment of $464 which was taken 2 days before due date but was never applied. I'm glad I called to confirm coverage/payment, which was not accepted nor refunded back to my card I used!
