Didn't call the right "Apex" but dude answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, didnt say his name, I stuttered as I sometimes do and he muttered under his breath "cant even pronounce it right" then I told him next time he should answer the phone more professionally and I hung up. He called me right back and said "what was that you said? Say it again" in a rude almost threatening way. Idk who yall got working for you but do better.
I have used Apex Solutions twice and both times they responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repairs in the same day. Very professional and fair prices as well. I highly recommend Apex.
Thanks to Apex HVAC Solutions my family is sleeping cool tonight! Donnie and his team are true professionals, they were fast to respond on Friday afternoon when I noticed my AC was not operating properly. They were very thorough in their diagnostics and had the parts on hand to complete the repair! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
