My husband and bought an apex home in 2009 and we loved it. It was quality. We took.a tour in the factory before we decided to buy. When our house was delivered we were delighted. No one would ever know this was not a stick built home. We had a problem.with lenolium,so.we had home delivered without flooring. We did all the wood flooring,and tileing ourselves.picked out whst.we liked and went.to work. We also opted to stain our wood molding and window frames etc.. so we had it NOT PAINTED WHITE. I am truly disappointed in the home that was built by Apex. I am a few years out and although I have sent multiple emails regarding the workmanship of my home they go unanswered and unresolved . From day 1 I have had problems
Food was good. 2 specials were sold out at 3pm. They ran out of pretzels & mayonnaise also. Price was a bit high for what was received.
I just read some of the reviews and I want to cry. I wish I had read them before I bought an Apex home. My contractor took pictures of the model we wanted and sent the floor plan. The house is not completed. It seems they took short cuts. There are no water faucets outside. We asked for a wheelchair accessible shower. Its not. They didn't put a door into the master bedroom. Instead you walk through a hall pass the laundry room and into the master bedroom. There is a pocket door before the laundry room. Who thought this was o... read more
