They are starting to limit supplies needed for your oxygen supply. They said it was new medicare guidelines however, when calling medicare they said this is not true. So, I will have to purchase my own supplies elsewhere from now on.
The staff at Home Oxygen is wonderful. Patti is the best!!! She goes out of her way to make sure toure set up for what you need. Been going through this office for 10yrs and its only gotten better in the last few years. Thank you all for everything you do for the community.
Talked to one of the employees and she has been very rude multiple times. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
Both myself and my wife work M-F until 3pm...then we go and pick up our Grandson and don't get home until 3:45pm. We are BOTH handicapped and can't do alot of walking...My driver is very rude and inconsiderate of my inability to get to ther office so they can exchange my tanks...I am on dialysis 4 days a week and need to get home to start that so I am not up all night doing dialysis. I do exactly what the lady at the office told me to do and I got told by my driver that I can't do that...I thought you guys were providing ME ... read more
