They sold my Mortgage to PHH Mortgage Services, and then Apex failed to forward the final check I sent them, to the new mortgage company. Apex never answers the phone and doesn't return my calls for the messages I leave. I have to get my real estate agent to contact them for any service.
Ken and the team at Apex Home Loans were amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a home and Ken went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was comfortable every step of the way. He was always easy to reach and patient with my many questions. I appreciated that there were no surprises in the process.
