Horrible operation. Can't get them on the phone and they do not return calls left with the answering service .
I needed a paper signed so that i could have surgery at Loma Linda. the lady said I could not get the paper without seeing the doctor for a check up, in a week, I told her I was in very serious pain and would just wait to see if the doctor showed up so he could sign the paper. But no that would be usurping her power and she would not have that, so she called the police and had me arrested. The front desk ladies are horrible! They are so cold and have no empathy for what their patients are going through. Please if you can go to a different office to be taken care of like you deserve.
