We have tried and tried to be patient and understanding with Apex Heating and Cooling, but can’t do so any longer. On January 21, Apex came out to look at our electric furnace. They told us the issue and said they would order the parts and it would take about a week to get the parts in. They chose not to give me a price because I was not a brand new build apparently. They talk a big game but that is about it. Atleast that is how it went with me. I will never recommend them!
