We have tried and tried to be patient and understanding with Apex Heating and Cooling, but can’t do so any longer. On January 21, Apex came out to look at our electric furnace. They told us the issue and said they would order the parts and it would take about a week to get the parts in. Six weeks later we have called at least twice a week asking for updates on the status of our parts and when our repair will be completed. We’ve received absolutely no information when we have called.
