It should be a big fat zero nada zilch goose egg 0! I will never recommend them! Last year 2025 on October 3 they came out after I called them because my oil furnace started blowing cool air. It had a google thermostat and he said they were junk. I had the old one so he replaced it and serviced it. It still blew cold air he said he would have to order circuit boards for it they where sticking (his words) he also said they would take some time to get them and as soon as they where in he would come out and fix it. I needed a company that values every customer and knows that a bad reputation will be forever in the the minds of local customers and ultimately the downfall of their business. The service person was knowledgeable and accessed the problem immediately. Very nice and polite
Gave me bad advice, had me book an unneeded service to clean a clean chimney, ghosted me and left the job incomplete without returning calls. What you expect from a place with an address in a hotel, I guess.
The apex guys installed a new furnace for me yesterday. They did a fantastic job! Great price and they were able to get me scheduled fast. Hopefully I will not need their help again anytime soon but should I ever need hvac work again, apex will be my first call! Definitely recommend!
