Very professional service. Repaired our unit at first visit as he had the part on his truck. They also provide annual maintenance to keep system clean and running good. Thank you for coming out on short notice and taking care of us!
Last year, after hours on the weekend, our walk in cooler was not operational. Casey came to the rescue, promptly repaired it, and helped us save thousands of dollars in food. Just a couple of weeks ago, Casey once again stepped in after hours on the weekend and successfully repaired our freezer walk-in cooler - fixing what another service could not. On both occasions, the customer service was exceptional, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their services! I would highly recommend Apex services!
They say Angels walk among us, I am a true believer this is so! Casey should have wings, halo, and fries and a shake!!! With a "cold" call from me he came and took a look and fixed it! Great service as always!! I have an old unit that acts up on occasions and Cassey always makes time to come and fix it. I highly recommend.
