Apex took over another company that we bought our a/c and furnace from. We had a 10 year warranty that they aren’t honoring. They said it only covered replacements even though they were going to replace a part it wasn’t going to be covered .Also they totally misdiagnosed what was wrong with our A/C. They said our motherboard was bad as well as being almost out of freon. William said he wasn’t accusing anyone of anything but it was very odd that these 2 things would happen at the same time! Justin is a true professional and excellent HVAC specialist. He is always on time and is honest with his prices and repairs. He’s the guy you would recommend for your grandmother and know she’s not getting taken advantage of!! 10/10 would recommend using Apex Heating and Cooling
Justin was very professional and did a great job checking out the furnace and repairing the AC wire that needed replaced in the mobile home we were getting ready to sell.
