Justin was awesome to work with when we had an AC issue at our clinic. He responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and got everything fixed without dragging it out. The whole process was straightforward and efficient. What stood out most was how honest and professional he was. No fluff, just clear communication and high quality work. If you need help with heating or cooling, I’d highly recommend Justin. We’ll definitely be calling him again if anything comes up.
Apex is one of the most polite contractors that I have ever met. Extremely honest. He has done work for us multiple times as well as for my mom. Instead of suggesting new furnaces or air conditioners every time he’s been able to fix the problem. That being said he also is able to have the tough discussion when the parts start adding up and it’s time to get that new furnace. They are the only ones I call now and the only one I recommend.

Apex took over another company that we bought our a/c and furnace from. We had a 10 year warranty that they aren’t honoring. They said it only covered replacements even though they were going to replace a part it wasn’t going to be covered .Also they totally misdiagnosed what was wrong with our A/C. They said our motherboard was bad as well as being almost out of freon. William said he wasn’t accusing anyone of anything but it was very odd that these 2 things would happen at the same time!
