They set up an appointment at the wrong location, the second location didn't have parking, and was being renovated. They told me after waiting 30 minutes that it would be at least another 30 minutes before I was seen. This was after wasting 20 minutes trying to find where their first place was, being redirected, and trying to find parking at their second location
